DS18 Sound Bar offers a 2-year limited warranty on products purchased directly from ds18soundbar.com or an approved DS18 Sound Bar dealer, covering the original purchaser only. We inspect every returned unit carefully so genuine defects get handled quickly and fairly.

Warranties are non-transferable — if a product is resold or purchased secondhand, warranty coverage does not carry over to the new owner.

Our warranty protects against flaws in original manufacturing — defects in materials or workmanship that show up during normal, intended use within the coverage period.

02 How We Evaluate a Claim

Every returned product is tested by our audio team to identify the actual cause of the malfunction before a warranty decision is made. We hold full discretion in determining whether a product qualifies under the criteria above.

⚠ A Note on Repeat Claims

Repeatedly returning the same item with the same type of damage may be classified as product abuse rather than a manufacturing defect, and can affect eligibility for future warranty coverage.

Get your RMA number

Every warranty return needs an RMA number before it ships. Items sent without one will be returned unexamined.

Pack it properly

Damage caused by inadequate packing on the way back to us isn't covered — box it the way it arrived, with padding around fragile components.

Ship it to our facility

Send it to 3580 SW 20th St, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, clearly marked with your RMA number.

We test & resolve

Our team evaluates the unit and reaches a decision, typically within 48 hours of it arriving.

05 Replacements

If your product qualifies for warranty coverage, we'll replace it — sometimes with a reconditioned unit of equivalent quality rather than a brand-new one. If the original model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the closest comparable current product.

06 Shipping & Return Costs

Shipping To Us

You're responsible for the cost of shipping your item to us for evaluation, packed securely with your RMA number visible.

Shipping Back To You

Once a claim is resolved, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item back.

Return Address

Replacements ship to the address on your original order. It's your responsibility to confirm that address is correct.

Wrong Address

DS18 Sound Bar isn't responsible for replacing items shipped to an incorrect address on file.

07 Extended Shipping Protection

08 Product Use & Liability

Use of a DS18 Sound Bar speaker, subwoofer, amplifier, or sound bar means you accept full responsibility for how it's installed and operated.

⚠ Limitation of Liability

DS18 Sound Bar is not responsible for hearing loss, personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage resulting from the use of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.

No — warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not transfer with resale, gifting, or secondhand purchase.

Only if purchased through our official storefront on that platform. Items bought from unauthorized or third-party resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

No. Operating equipment outside its recommended specifications, including below-rated impedance loads, isn't covered under this warranty.

We ask for 3 to 5 business days from arrival for testing and a decision, though most claims are actually resolved within 48 hours.
