⚠ Heads up on oversized gear
Full sound bar units, large enclosures, and multi-piece packages may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. Freight deliveries are typically curbside — plan for help getting heavier boxes inside, and inspect the packaging before signing for delivery.

If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery Issues
If something goes wrong in transit, here's how we handle it.
First, check around your delivery location — porches, mailrooms, and neighboring units are common spots for a misplaced scan. If it's genuinely missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation and, if eligible, start a replacement claim.
Keep all original packaging and take photos of the box and the item before you move it. Email us the photos along with your order number and we'll get a replacement or repair moving right away.
Contact us to start a claim. Higher-value orders confirmed as delivered but reported stolen may require a police report before a replacement can be issued. Replacement claims are for the original order only — a lost replacement isn't eligible for a second one.
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually correct it. Once a package is in transit, an address change depends on the carrier and isn't always guaranteed.
Small parcel orders generally can ship to a PO box, but freight shipments cannot — freight carriers require a physical street address for delivery.
Yes — message us before your order ships and we can flag it for signature confirmation, especially useful for high-value amplifiers or full sound bar systems.
Sometimes, through the carrier's own redirect tools, but it isn't guaranteed and can add transit time. It's best to confirm your address is correct before checkout.
International Orders
We ship outside the U.S. — a few extra things apply.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your destination country and aren't included in your checkout total.
Longer Transit
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs Holds
Occasionally a package is held for customs inspection. This is normal and outside of our control — tracking will reflect any delay.
Returns
International returns are handled case by case — reach out before sending anything back so we can advise on the best path.
