Card and Apple Pay orders are confirmed automatically the moment payment clears. Zelle, Cash App, and Chime are peer-to-peer transfers, so those orders go through a quick manual check before we ship.

Once we see the payment land and it matches your order, we mark your order as paid.

Zelle, Cash App, and Chime payments are typically confirmed within a few hours during business hours. Orders paid after hours or on weekends are confirmed the next business day.
03 Order Number Is Required
For Zelle, Cash App, and Chime payments specifically, always include your order number in the payment memo or note. Payments received without a matching order number take longer to verify and may delay your order.
- Double-check the amount sent matches your order total exactly.
- Send payment only to the official handle or contact info we provide — never to a number or account from an unsolicited message.
- Keep your payment confirmation screenshot until your order ships, just in case.
04 Refunds By Payment Method
Refunds are returned using the same method the order was originally paid with, wherever possible.

We will only ever provide our official Zelle, Cash App, or Chime details directly through our verified phone number, email, or checkout page. If you receive a message from another account or number claiming to be DS18 Sound Bar and asking for payment, do not send money — contact us directly to confirm first.
Card and Apple Pay transactions go through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Peer-to-peer payments (Zelle, Cash App, Chime) are sent directly between accounts and aren't processed or stored by us beyond confirming receipt.
06 A Note On Payment Protections
Credit and debit card payments carry standard cardholder protections through your bank or card network, including the ability to dispute a charge. Zelle, Cash App, and Chime are peer-to-peer transfer services and generally don't offer the same level of built-in buyer protection as a card payment.
We stand behind every order regardless of how it's paid — if something's wrong, contact us and we'll make it right under our normal return and warranty policies. We simply want you to know the protections that come with each method before you choose one.
