As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we automatically email your tracking number to the address used at checkout.
Tracking activates
Most carriers show a "label created" status right away, with live scan updates beginning once the package is picked up.
Status updates as it moves
Each time your package passes through a carrier facility or hits a checkpoint, tracking refreshes with the latest location.
Out for delivery
On the final day, status switches to "out for delivery" once it's loaded onto the local delivery vehicle.
Delivered
Tracking updates to "delivered" with a timestamp — some carriers include a photo of the drop-off location.

We've packed your order and generated a shipping label — it hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet.
In Transit
Your package is actively moving through the carrier's network toward you.
Out For Delivery
It's on the local delivery vehicle and should arrive by end of day.
Delivered
Confirmed drop-off. If you don't see it, check our delivery issues guidance below.
Exception
The carrier flagged a delay — weather, address issue, or a missed connection. Usually resolves within a day or two.
No Movement / Stalled
Tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days. Worth reaching out to us so we can follow up with the carrier.

Yes — freight carriers typically update less frequently than parcel carriers, sometimes just a handful of times over the full transit. A delivery appointment call usually comes a day or two before arrival.
